IMS v4 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of IMS v4.  The press release is posted here.  We’ve got a lot more to say about the release a little later.  In the meantime, peruse our newly re-designed website, download and install IMS v4, and let us know what you think.

  2. Ronnie: Try rebooting and installing before opening Outlook the first time – does that resolve the issue? If not, uninstall v3 first and reinstall. Thanks.

  3. Rebooting made no difference.
    Interestingly – the ‘version’ in add-remove progs shows 4.0.0 but in outlook Clearcontext/About shows 3.1.0
    Uninstalled and re-installed and now there is no clearcontext add-in showing in outlook (help!) – hoping my old exe of 3.1.0 will work.

    It sounds like the add-in has been disabled. Try this:

  5. I will – but before I do – it seems to be ‘stuck’ uninstalling – refreshing add-remove progs brings it back.
    Could this be because i originally installed under a different user profile? I remember a similar issue with Resharper once!
