New Help Portal

Just a quick note to let folks know about our new help portal: help.clearcontext.com. We have improved the knowledge base with updated information and easier search functionality. Support can also be contacted directly from the help portal as well. If you are having technical issues, we recommend using the link in the ClearContext->Help screen in the product, as that will include some diagnostic information that will aid in assisting you.

  1. I have noticed that my scheduled appointments in the new expanded project dashboard are not ordered by date. I also would love to have them color coded by outlook color categories in the future. That would be a wonderful feature.

  2. Thanks for the feedback! We’ll take a look at the sorting, it sounds like a bug. We do plan to show the category color coding in the appointments as well.
