I will – but before I do – it seems to be ‘stuck’ uninstalling – refreshing add-remove progs brings it back.
Could this be because i originally installed under a different user profile? I remember a similar issue with Resharper once!

Rebooting made no difference.
Interestingly – the ‘version’ in add-remove progs shows 4.0.0 but in outlook Clearcontext/About shows 3.1.0
Uninstalled and re-installed and now there is no clearcontext add-in showing in outlook (help!) – hoping my old exe of 3.1.0 will work.

Ronnie: Try rebooting and installing before opening Outlook the first time – does that resolve the issue? If not, uninstall v3 first and reinstall. Thanks.

The download above seems to still be 3.1.0 (or am I doing something wrong?)
